The Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) has announced a partial central committee of 260 members for the Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal.
A press release signed by BNP's Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi disclosed this information on Saturday.
The statement says that Md Rakibul Islam Rakib has been appointed as the president and Nasir Uddin Nasir as the general secretary of the central parliament of the Chhatra Dal, which consists of 260 members.
The press release also listed the ranks of various unit presidents and general secretaries.
On March 1, BNP approved a partial committee of seven members of the Chhatra Dal's central commettee.
Tarique Rahman approved the Chhatra Dal committee by making Kazi Ronakul Islam Shrabon the president and Saif Mahmud Jewel the general secretary on April 17, 2022. Later, on August 8, last year, he suddenly removed Shrabon and made senior vice president Rashed Iqbal Khan acting president.
