Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) President Dr Colonel Oli Ahmad (Retd) expressed his grief over the killing of the BGB member on the border by India's Border Security Force (BSF) in the Benapole border area in Jessore. He said that the people of Bangladesh will not tolerate the silent killings on the India-Bangladesh border.
He said: “The people of Bangladesh are vocal now. Justice can not be denied for long.”
Oli Ahmad said these things in a statement in the media on Monday.
He said: “India always claims that they are on the side of Bangladesh. But killing BGB members and civilians on the border has become a daily occurrence. So the question is why do they hate these people?
“The current vote-thief government will make less effort to protest against this murder. I strongly condemn and protest against this.”
The Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) will hold a black flag march on Tuesday demanding the cancellation of the illegal dummy parliament and a free and fair election under a neutral government.
