The ruling Awami League’s central working committee is scheduled to hold a meeting on Saturday.
The meeting will be held at Ganabhaban, the official residence of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, who is also president of the party, at 7:30pm, said a press release signed by Awami League Office Secretary Biplab Barua.
The Awami League chief will chair the meeting.
Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader, also the road transport and bridges minister, has requested all members of the party’s central executive committee to attend the meeting.
