Quader: BNP now conspiring with dead bodies

Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader has said BNP executed its conspiracy to launch movement with dead bodies on Wednesday.

Claiming that BNP once started fire terrorism in the country he said that BNP has brought militants in the field centring their rally on December 10.

Quader came up with the comments at a joint meeting in its central office on Bangabandhu Avenue in the capital on Thursday.

The Awami League senior leader said that BNP leaders and activists attacked the police. Media did not show that picture. They torched a BRTC bus, the media won't show that picture.

Regarding media coverage, he said: “Why is a section of the media taking a side? This is my complaint. Such a big gathering in Cox's Bazar, the media did not show properly. We expect the media to show what they really see.”

“We urge for the truth to be revealed,” said Quader.

He said: “We will not allow the rally to be held by blocking the road. The meeting of Dhaka City (south) AL will be held at Mahanagar Natyamancha on Friday. The suffering of the people will not be allowed.”

Warning that the attack will be resisted, he said, "Order comes from London. Mirza Fakhrul executes it to save his job.”

Awami League leaders and workers will be on alert in everywhere, districts, upazilas, police stations and wards, added Quader.

“We will not attack, but if we are attacked, appropriate response will be given,” he said further.
