Khaleda to appear before court tomorrow

She will appear before the special court-9 in connection to Barapukuria coal mine graft case around 10am and before special court-2 for the Niko graft case. As for the sedition case filed on January 25 this year, the BNP chairperson will appear before Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions judge Md Kamrul Hossain Mollah. Khaleda’s chief counsel Sanaullah Mia told the Dhaka Tribune that she will also surrender and file bail petitions in nine cases, eight of which are filed against her under Special Power Act. The other case was filed against her in connection to arson attack that took place in 2015. For the cases filed under Special Power Act, Khaleda will have to appear before sessions judge Md Kamrul Hossain Mollah and for the arson case before the Metropolitan Magistrate Court.
