BNP postpones rally to Saturday

The Bangladesh National Party (BNP) has officially postponed their rally, which was scheduled on Thursday, to Saturday, September 29. 

BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi made the announcement during a press briefing at the party’s Naya Paltan office in Dhaka on Tuesday. 

The rally will begin at 2pm in Dhaka’s Suhrawardy Udyan, he added. 

BNP is arranging the grand rally to protest the instabilities in the country, as well as demand justice for party chief Khaleda Zia,the senior BNP leader said. 

He urged members and activists of BNP and all its affiliate organizations to make the rally a successful one.
