BNP to give outline for ‘supporting govt’ soon

The BNP leader made the comment at BNP’s third annual conference in Bhola. The conference was held on the grounds of the Bhola Islamic Complex on Saturday.
Mirza Fakhrul further said at the event that the public would not accept any attempts to keep his party or their leader, Khaleda Zia, away from politics.
The BNP Secretary General said: “If the election is fair and impartial, if there is a level playing field, only then will the elections be held.”
Earlier, on February 13, Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir announced the BNP proposal for a “supporting government” during election time at the party’s Nayapaltan central office in Dhaka.
“We will place a proposal to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina,” said the BNP leader.
