Talukdar Abdul Khalek, the Awami League candidate for the Khulna city mayor, will be voting in the polling station in Pioneer Girls’ School.
The BNP candidate, Nazrul Islam Monju will vote at Rahima Government Primary School.
Shafiqur Rahman Mushfique, the Jatiya Party candidate, will vote at Khulna Alia Madrasa.
Maulana Mujammil Haque, the candidate for Islami Andolon Bangladesh, will vote at Reverend Paul’s High School.
The Communist Party of Bangladesh’s Md Mizanur Rahman Babu will vote at Shaheed Suhrawardy College.
There are a total 493,092 registered voters in Khulna City Corporation. They will vote across 289 stations throughout the city. Two of the stations will use the new Electronic Voting Machines.
