Fowzia Rashid, wife of former secretary to the Government of Bangladesh Dr Mohammad Abdur Rashid, has passed away in Dhaka at the age of 74.
She breathed her last at 5:30pm on Wednesday, says a press release issued on Friday.
Fowzia is survived by her husband, daughter Ripa, and son Arman.
The deceased was buried at her ancestral home in Tangail.
Her kulkhani will be held after Asr prayers in Dhakaon Saturday.
