The Founder Chairman of Midland Bank and Tax Advisor to the prime minister M Moniruzzaman Khandaker has passed away at Apollo Hospitals Dhaka on Friday.
He suffered a brain stroke on Sunday night (12 August). Afterwards, he went through a surgery at Apollo Hospital on Monday evening and was in the ICU.
M Moniruzzaman first namaz-e-zanaza was held at Gulshan Azad Masjid on satyrday, afer Zohor prayers.
He will be laid to rest at his native village in Muradnagar, Comilla, after the second zanaza.
