A cleanliness drive was conducted on Saturday by BD Clean, Rajshahi, in cooperation with Rajshahi City Corporation (RCC), to transform the Talaimari Fultola riverside tourist spot area into a clean and visually appealing environment.
The cleanliness program was formally inaugurated this morning by the Chief Guest, RCC Administrator Mahfuzur Rahman Riton.
During the event, the RCC Administrator administered the oath to the members of BD Clean, Rajshahi.
He urged everyone to work together to protect the environment, maintain cleanliness, and preserve the beauty of the city.
He said RCC is working tirelessly to build a cleaner and more beautiful city. Maintaining a clean environment is also the responsibility of all citizens.
Everyone must play a conscious role from their respective positions to keep Rajshahi city clean, livable, beautiful, and eco-friendly.
The special guest at the event was BD Clean Advisor and Managing Director of Al-Aqsa, Mizanur Rahman Kazi. Also present were BD Clean Rajshahi Divisional Coordinator Shahadat Hossain and District Coordinator Mahfuz Ahmed, along with BD Clean Rajshahi volunteers, local BNP leaders and members of its affiliated organizations, and other concerned individuals.
