Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus visited the first branch of Grameen Bank in Chittagong on Wednesday afternoon.
Originally established near the Chittagong University campus, the branch was later relocated to a building in Hathazari.
Following the visit, the Chief Adviser went to his ancestral home in Bathua village, Hathazari, to meet with local residents.
While there, he offered a munajat at the graves of his ancestors.
