JnU ‘B’ unit admission test on Saturday

The admission test for the "B" unit of the Faculty of Arts and Law at Jagannath University will be held on Saturday.

A total of 42,978 students will compete for 785 seats, meaning 55 candidates will vie for each seat.

On Friday, the university's registrar, Professor Dr Giash Uddin, confirmed this information.

The exam will be conducted in three shifts: the first shift from 10am to 11am, the second shift from 1pm to 2pm, and the third shift from 4pm to 5pm.

This year, Jagannath University is conducting the admission test under its own regulations, with a total score of 100.

Out of this, 72 marks will be allocated for the multiple-choice and written sections—24 marks for the multiple-choice questions and 48 marks for the written segment.

Additionally, SSC and HSC GPA scores will contribute 12 and 16 marks, respectively.
