A light earthquake shook the northern region of Bangladesh on Monday night.
The tremor was felt on Monday at 8:10pm, with its magnitude recorded at 4 on the Richter scale.
According to the Bangladesh Meteorological Department, the epicentre of the earthquake was 208km away from the seismic observation centre in Dhaka.
The main epicentre was 12km from Meghalaya.
No immediate reports of damage or casualties have been received as a result of the earthquake.
Earlier, on November 26, tremors were felt in the capital and other parts of the country.
