Abdul Mannan, assistant director of Narayanganj of Fire Service and Civil Defence, reported these findings in the afternoon.

He said the fire had not reached the basement of the building, meaning the machinery remained intact. "However, no bodies were discovered, and there were no signs of casualties on the ground floor either."

Though the number of people reported missing is over 130 following the devastating fire at the Gazi Tyres factory in Rupganj, Narayanganj, rescue teams have been unable to recover any bodies in four days.
