The case was filed by the deceased Ali Raihan's younger brother, Rana Islam, 21, at the Boalia police station on Monday night, said Officer-in-Charge (OC) SM Masud Parvez.
The OC added a police officer has been assigned to investigate the case, and efforts are now underway to arrest the accused.
