The official also said that on June 4, the authorities temporarily closed the park due to server problems.

The park has since been closed.

On the night of June 7, the Gopalganj district administration took control of the park by appointing a receiver on the orders of the court.

Benazir Ahmed did the work of building the resort from April 2020 to September 2022 during his tenure as IGP.

He purchased land from January 2015 to April 2020 during his tenure as director general of RAB.

Some members of the police and RAB supervised the construction of the park.

To build this park, he forcibly bought the land of the Hindu community of Bairagitol village of Sahapur Union of Gopalganj Sadar Upazira by using various tricks. Some refused to sell the land. So they have been forced to sell it by filling thier lands with sand. There are also charges of land grabbing against him.
