Two people, including a policeman, were killed and six others were injured in a head-on collision between a private car and a CNG-powered autorickshaw in Netrokona on Friday.
The incident took place around 3pm in the Jhaoshi area of Netrokona-Mymensingh road.
The deceased police personnel has been identified as Abdul Hakim, 40. He was posted at the Barhatta police outpost.
Another deceased is yet to be identified.
The injured have been sent to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital for treatment.
