Gazipur City Awami League President Azmat Ullah has been appointed as the chairman of Gazipur Unnayan Kartripakkha.
According to Section 7 (1) and 7 (2) of Gazipur Unnayan Kartripakkha Act, 2020, a notification has been issued by the Ministry of Public Administration with this appointment, signed by Deputy Secretary Rafiqul Islam.
The notification mentions that he has been given this appointment for three years from the date of joining on the condition of severing working relationship with other institutions and organizations.
Other conditions of this appointment will be determined by the approved contract, the notification added.
