The Sylhet Agricultural University administration has decided to postpone classes until June 30 as the flood situation further deteriorates in Sylhet.
A notification signed by Sylhet Agricultural University Registrar Md Badrul Islam was released in this connection on Saturday.

Moreover, the Eid-ul-Azha holidays will continue from July 1 to July 18.
The university is expected to open again on July 19.
The overall flood situation has worsened in Sylhet, Sunamganj and Moulvibazar districts as rivers continued to swell due to onrush of hill water and heavy downpour for the last several days. Army troops have been deployed in Sylhet to tackle the situation.
