Unidentified people have killed an 11-year-old boy by smashing his skull with a brick in Khulna.
The boy, Shuvo Biswas, was a second-grader at Anis Biswas Adarsha School.
Police recovered his blood-stained body from Sonadanga residential area on Sunday afternoon.
Law enforcers inspected the site and said that the child struggled with the criminals while being killed. They also seized the brick from the spot.
The father of the child, Ibrahim Haolader, said that both he and his wife went outside the house in the morning after breakfast. They were still outside when they heard the news of their child being killed.
Police said that they were working to identify the killers.
