Members of the Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) in Sirajganj have arrested the driver of a bus that killed five people in Bogra last month.
Saiful Islam,56, a resident of Savar, was arrested on Monday from Sirajganj’s Hatikumrul, RAB 12 said in a press release on Tuesday.

On January 26, a recklessly driven bus of Hanif Paribahan hit an auto-rickshaw at Mirzapur of Sherpur upazila.
Five people, including the auto-rickshaw driver, died on the spot.
Later, the auto-rickshaw driver’s son lodged a complaint against the unidentified driver of the bus with the Sherpur police station.
