A teenager died in Dhaka after a truck ran over him on Thursday.
The incident was reported in the early hours of Thursday from the capital’s Paltan, said Sub Inspector Abdul Jalil of Paltan police station.
Fourteen-year-old Md Babu died on spot after the speeding four-wheeler hit him while he was crossing the road in front of Victor Hotel in Naya Paltan, he said before adding they were yet to trace the truck.
The body has been kept at the Dhaka Medical College Hospital, said the police officer.
