Divers from local Fire Service on Sunday recovered two more bodies among the three tourists who went missing in the Musapur enclosure area of Chhoto Feni River in Noakhali on Saturday.
The deceased two were identified as Md Anwar Hossain, 35, of Daganbhuiyan upazila in Feni, and Mehedi Hasan, 22, of the same area.
Earlier on Saturday, the body of another Nazrul Islam Swapan was recovered, confirmed Musapur Union Parishad Chairman Nazrul Islam Chowdhury Shahin.
With the last body being found around 12pm on Sunday the rescue operation came to an end, said Companiganj Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Ziaul Haque Mir.
On Saturday morning, a group of 23 tourists of Daganbhuiyan were visiting Musapur enclosure area of the Chhoto Feni River in Companiganj upazila.
Seven among them went fishing and, of them, the three went missing due to a surge of water caused by tide, according to sources from the upazila administration.
