Police have recovered the body of a policewoman from Uttara Police Lines area in Mymensingh district.
The deceased was identified as constable Sweety Akher, 22. She worked with Mymensingh Police Lines.
On information, police recovered the body from victim’s house around 5pm, said Kotwali model police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mahmudul Islam.
The body was sent to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital for autopsy.
Police have also arrested Sweety's husband constable Hafizur Rahman, the OC added.
