BSF nabs 2 Bangladeshi youths

Indian Border Security Force (BSF) held two Bangladeshi youths yesterday, at Nagarvita border of Baliadangi upazila, Thakurgaon.

The detainees, Abdul Hakim, 22, and Sayeed, 23, are drug smugglers, and BSF 171 Battalion of Nargaon camp troops nabbed them from the 376/2 pillar area inside the Indian Territory. They were held for illegally entering India through the border with 200 bottles of phensedyl. 

Thakurgaon BGB 50 Battalion Assistant Director Mohammad Raj Mamud confirmed the incident to Dhaka Tribune, and said: We spoke with the BSF officials to bring the two youths back home, but BSF said they have sent them to the Islampur police station of Uttar Dinajpur, India.
