Natore's train communication with Dhaka has been restored after a brief disruption.
The link resumed functioning on Thursday morning, after it had been disrupted for nearly three-and-a-half hours when a cargo truck got stuck on the tracks around 2:30am, police said, reports UNB.
"Several inter-city trains were stranded at various stations," Sub-Inspector Mozammel Haq at Jhalmalia police outpost, said.
The rail link was restored after police removed the truck around 6:15am, he said.
There have been no reports of casualties.
