The Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) has arrested one of the accused in the Nusrat Jahan Rafi murder case from Feni.
Jabed, one of the accused in the Sonagazi female madrasa student’s murder, was arrested in the district's Rampur area around 9pm Friday.

Confirming the matter, Feni PBI Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Moniruzzaman said: "We have arrested Jabed and he will be produced in court on Saturday morning.”
Jabed Hossain is a Alim (HSC) examinee who sat the test with Nusrat and allegedly had close ties with madrasa Principal Md Sirajuddaula, the man accused of sexually molesting the girl.
