Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) has arrested a yaba trader with 740 pills in Netrokona.
Uttam Talukder Rubel was arrested at Keshabpur in Kalmakanda upazila on Thursday.
He is the son of Chattaranjan Takulder of Horindhara village in the upazila.
The information was disclosed in a press note sent by RAB 14 Commanding Officer Commander M Shovon Khan.
The note said: “Rubel is a listed drug trader. He has a number of cases filed against him under the Narcotics Control Act. Another case has been filed against him with Kalmakanda police station after he was arrested with 740 yaba pills.”
