Police have detained a suspected drug peddler with 975 bottles of Phensedyl from Kanchanpur Khiratola area of Brahmanbaria district.
Moheb Ali was detained around 12am on Sunday.
Bijoynagar station Officer-in-Charge Ali Rashid said acting on a tip-off, they conducted a drive in the area and detained Moheb.
He also said a case was filed with the station in this regard.
