A mobile court on Saturday arrested four tourists for hunting birds at Monpura Island in Bhola.
They were identified as Ataul Hossain, 30, Md Mohan Khan, 35, Wahid Alam, 32, and Md Badal, 30. All of them hailed from Barisal and Sylhet.

MA Ahad Chowdhury Tuhin/Dhaka TribuneExecutive Magistrate Abdul Aziz Bhuiyan fined them Tk50,000 each and sentenced one of the four to six months’ imprisonment for carrying hemp.
Monpura Upazila Nirbahi Officer Abdul Aziz confirmed the matter.
