Bangladeshi shot by BSF in Chapainawabganj

A Bangladeshi national has been shot and wounded by Indian Border Security Force (BSF) members at Chouka border under Shibganj in Chapainawabganj.
The injured is Bikol Ali, 30, son of Shibganj's Monkosha union’s late Abul Hossain Abu.
Bikol was shot by members of BSF-32 Daulatpur camp on Wednesday while transporting cows near the Chowka border around 5am. Later he was brought to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital.
Lt Col Md Rashed Ali, captain of Chapainawabganj Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB-59) confirmed the incident.
Rajshahi Medical College Hospital police outpost Assistant Sub-Inspector Shafiqul Islam Shafiq informed Bikol Ali was shot on the left side of the chest and is undergoing treatment at the RMCH.The story was first published on Bangla Tribune
