BSF picks up Bangladeshi at Lalmonirhart frontier

Members of Indian Border Security Force (BSF) have picked up a Bangladeshi national from Masterer Bari border area in Patgram upazila of Lalmonirhat district.
The Bangladeshi national is Rezaul Karim, 33, son of Abdul Jalil of Islampur.
A patrol team of BSF 61 battalion of Cooch Behar chased a group of cattle traders along the border around 12:30am on Saturday and caught Rezaul.
They took him to their camp, said major Syed Muniruzzaman, acting commanding officer of BGB 61 battalion Rangpur.
BGB has sent a protest letter to BSF and urged them to hold a flag meeting.
