The High Court has rejected the plea of cancelling Lutful Kabir’s Gatco scam case.
A vacation bench of HC comprising of Justice Md Ashraful Islam and Justice AKM Jahirul Haque passed the order on Wednesday afternoon.
The court also lifted the stay order of the case and ordered the continuation of Lutfur’s bail order.
Lutful Kabir was the former member of Chittagong Port Authority.
