Detective Branch of police has submitted charge sheet in Emran murder case to the Bogra Judge Court accusing eleven Jubo league men on Monday morning.
Investigation officer, Sub-Inspector Abdur Razzak has told about the charge sheet submission to the Dhaka Tribune.
Razzak said: “The accused hacked Emran to death on December 2 of last year.”
Later, the deceased mother filed a case in this connection accusing a number of Jubo league leaders including some unidentified names.
Police submitted the charge sheet mentioning Sohag, Omar Sarker, Jhumur Sarker and Tufan, brother of the deceased along with seven Jubo league men.
All the accused are in bail now.
