The progress and bail plea hearing of journalist couple Sagar Sarowar and Meherun Runi murder case has not taken place as its case file did not reach the High Court.
The hearing was scheduled to be held in the cause list of the High Court bench comprising of Naima Haider and Zafar Ahmed on Sunday.
Meanwhile, the Investigation Officer of the case Zafar Ullah was present in the court.
Lawyer for the suspects Masud Hossain said: “The hearing will take place if the case filed reaches the court by 4pm.”
