The High Court on Tuesday has passed an order asking the law enforcing agencies not to harass BNP Joint Secretary General Salauddin Ahmed searching his residences without a warrant issue.
A High Court bench comprising of Justice Salma Masud Chowdhury and Justice Md Habibul Gani passed the order.
The bench also issued a rule seeking an explanation from the government and law enforcers within four weeks why searching Salauddin Ahmed in his residences without a warrant should not be declared illegal.
