Concerned high officials have sat in an emergency meeting at Law Advisor Shafiq Ahmed’s secretariat office on Tuesday regarding the procedure of the execution of war crimes convict, and Jamaat leader, Abdul Quader Molla’s verdict.
Law Adviser Shafiq Ahmed, State Minister for Home Shamsul Haque Tuku, State Minister for Law Kamrul Islam, Attorney General Mahbubey Alam and high officials of ministries concerned are attended the meeting, a ministry source said.
The officials held two separate meetings on the issue on Monday and Tuesday at the same venue
Before the meeting, none of the officials agreed to speak to the media.
