A Chittagong court has ordered the police to launch probe into the two cases filed against MA Latif MP.
Metropolitan Magistrate Faridul Alam passed the order on Tuesday and asked the respective Officer-in-Charge to launch probe into the cases.
The two cases were lodged on Tuesday noon with the court of Metropolitan Magistrate Faridul Alam.
City AL adviser KM Belayet Hossain filed a sedition case under section 124 of Penal Code while former Jubo League leader Saifuddin Ahmed Robi lodged another case under section 57 of ICT Act against the lawmaker.
