The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court has stayed for two weeks a High Court bail order for BNP leader Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain in a money laundering case.
A four-member bench headed by Chief Justice SK Sinha gave the order on Thursday afternoon.
The court also asked the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) to file a leave-to-appeal petition with the court against the HC bail order within two weeks.
