Seventeen more new dengue patients were hospitalized across the country in the 24 hours till Thursday morning.
Of them, 12 are undergoing treatment at hospitals in Dhaka, while the rest were reported from outside the Dhaka division, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
Some 160 patients diagnosed with dengue are currently receiving treatment in the country.

Of them, 99 patients are receiving treatment at different hospitals in the capital.
Dengue has claimed 101 lives so far this year, according to the DGHS.
Of them, 92 people died in Dhaka division alone, three in Mymensingh, two each in Chittagong and Khulna divisions, and one each in Rajshahi and Barisal divisions.
Since January, some 28,085 patients have been admitted to different hospitals with dengue in the country, and 27,824 of them recovered.
