US Ambassador to Bangladesh Peter Haas has met Bangladesh’s new foreign minister, Dr Hasan Mahmud, chalking out the future of Dhaka and Washington's collaboration.
After the meeting on Wednesday, the ambassador told journalists that he had discussed how the two countries would work together on issues such as climate change, business opportunities and the Rohingya crisis.
"I look forward to working closely in the coming months to advance our relations based on mutual interest," he said.
