Khulna city polls: Krishak League leaders supporting Awami League candidate

Krishak League Central Committee leaders are supporting the election campaign of Khulna city polls Awami League candidate Talukdar Abdul Khalek.

On Friday morning, the leaders met with locals at Notun Rasta, Bot Tola and South Pabla area to strengthen public relations.

Previously, they held a meeting at the Autorickshaw Sramik League’s office at Khalishpur.

On Thursday, Krishak League held a public meeting at Platinum Jute Mill Sramik Club. Suruj Sardar presided over the meeting, while Krishak League Central Chairman Motahar Hossain Molla and Vice President Arifur Rahman Dolon were present at the program, among others.

At the meeting, Motahar Hossain Molla said: “Following the instructions of the prime minister, we have come here to ask for votes. If Awami League does not win, militancy will become prevalent again. We have to support the Awami League candidate for the sake of Khulna’s development. ”

Arifur Rahman Dolon said: “I believe the public is going to vote for the boat symbol on May 15. We are sure Khulna will continue to develop under the leadership of Awami League.”
