The results of this year's Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations have been published, with the average pass rate across all education boards standing at 52.12%.
The pass rate across the nine general education boards, the Bangladesh Technical Education Board and the Bangladesh Madrasah Education Board was 52.12%, down from 58.83% last year.
This represents a decline of 6.71 percentage points year on year.
