Daffodil AI’s six innovations make top 50 at Bangladesh Innovation Fair 2026

Daffodil AI has secured 6 spots in the Top 50 Innovations at the Bangladesh Innovation Fair 2026, organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology.

The selected projects use artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) in firefighting and rescue, healthcare, maternal health, road infrastructure, robotics and smart automation.

The 6 innovations are Dual-Mode FR Vehicle, HOMEPITAL NEXUS, PikoBot, Pav Analytics, IoT Smart Automation and The Arbor Voice for Mothers.

The fair was inaugurated by Prime Minister Tarique Rahman, who stressed the implementation of local innovations, their transformation into commercial products and their connection with markets. He also assured entrepreneurs and researchers of government support.

During his visit to the Daffodil AI stall, the prime minister was briefed on the technologies and research-based solutions being showcased.

Daffodil Group Chairman and Founder of Daffodil International University Dr Md Sabur Khan presented various AI-based solutions developed by Daffodil Group during the prime minister’s visit. He demonstrated how the initiatives are being used to address practical challenges in education, healthcare, human resources, infrastructure and institutional management.

Dr Md Sabur Khan said: “Young people must come forward to address the real problems of the country through technology and innovation. The participation of Daffodil AI in the Bangladesh Innovation Fair and the recognition of our innovative projects are important achievements for our research and innovation initiatives.”

Alongside the 6 selected innovations, Daffodil AI is showcasing AI Professor, Student360, Alumni360, Perfect HR, LeadershipOS and RegistrarOS, which apply AI to education and institutional management.

The initiatives cover education management, decision-making, institutional accountability, human resource development and workforce management.

The exhibition also features robotics, IoT, computer vision, automation and integrated software-hardware systems.

Through Connected Education, Workforce Intelligence, Institutional Accountability and Physical AI, Daffodil AI is showcasing applications of AI across education, institutions and industry.

According to Daffodil AI, around 40 to 50 additional innovation projects involving AI, robotics, automation and other emerging technologies are under development at different stages.

The organization aims to gradually expand the use of technology across education, industry, healthcare, infrastructure and institutional management through the development and implementation of these projects.

Daffodil AI works in collaboration with various organizations of Daffodil Group and the research and innovation initiatives of Daffodil International University.

The initiative brings together technology infrastructure, software development, research, student innovation and skilled human resource development to turn innovative ideas into practical technology solutions.

The participation of Daffodil AI in the Bangladesh Innovation Fair 2026 highlights the country’s growing capacity for research-based technological innovation while creating opportunities to strengthen links among industry, academia and research.
