State minister: Govt working to bring changes in education system

State Minister for Primary and Mass Education Bobby Hajjaj said that the government is introducing major reforms across the country to improve the education system.

He said that the government is taking various measures to encourage students to attend classes and to motivate families so that no child drops out at primary level. “The government remains alert so that children do not get left behind at the primary stage,” he added.

He further stated that the government is working continuously to bring changes in the education system, and that further improvements in the country’s education sector will be achieved soon.

He made these remarks on Monday while speaking to journalists after attending a meeting with trainees of basic training for primary school teachers at the hall room of Reicha PTI Training Centre in Bandarban.

Among others present at the event were Additional Deputy Commissioner Md Abu Taleb, Deputy Director of Primary Education, Chittagong Division Md Nurul Islam, and Sadar Upazila Nirbahi Officer Marufa Sultana Khan Hiramoni.
