To ensure Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations are held in an orderly and fair environment free from malpractice, all coaching centres across the country will remain closed until August 15.
The announcement came in a government press release issued on Tuesday.
According to a recent decision taken in a meeting held to ensure proper and disciplined conduct of the exams, all types of coaching centres in the country will remain closed from June 20 till August 15.
Notably, the HSC and equivalent exams will begin simultaneously across the country on Thursday.
The exams will end on August 10, while practical tests will be held from August 11 to August 24.
