Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) and IDP Education Bangladesh Pvt Ltd have signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance educational opportunities for the BUP community.
This collaboration will introduce specialized IELTS preparation workshops, seamless registration services, and dedicated test facilities, supporting academic and professional aspirations.
The MoU was signed by Brig Gen Md Rabbi Ahsan, registrar of BUP, and BM Mahbubul Alam Razib, country director of IDP Education Bangladesh.
The ceremony was conducted by Major Raza Zahir Khan, program coordinator, Centre for Modern Languages (CML), BUP, and Brig Gen Rashed Iqbal, dean of CML, emphasizing the significance of this initiative in fostering global educational standards.
As part of this partnership, BUP and IDP will introduce:
- IELTS Preparation Workshops – Leveraging IDP's expertise as a co-owner of IELTS, these sessions will equip participants with essential skills to excel in the exam.
- Registration Services – Simplifying the process of registering directly from the university for a hassle-free experience.
- Dedicated IELTS Exam Venue – BUP will serve as an official test center, offering greater accessibility exclusively to its students and members.
This collaboration marks a significant step in expanding international academic opportunities for BUP.
