ULAB signs MoU with World Vision Bangladesh

The University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) and World Vision Bangladesh (WVB) signed a joint Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Monday, marking the beginning of a partnership.

Suresh Bartlett, national director of WVB, and Prof Imran Rahman, vice-chancellor of ULAB, signed the MoU on behalf of their organizations.

It will bring together two entities having a common interest and focusing on seeing Bangladeshi adolescents and youths reach their full potential, said a press release on Tuesday.

WVB and ULAB will conduct a cross-sectoral study, focusing on the marginalized, vulnerable adolescents and youth across Bangladesh.

This study intends to identify opportunities to guide youth programming toward a more strategic engagement of Bangladeshi youth.

WVB and ULAB hope that the assessment will result in key findings that can help adapt and inform ongoing adolescent and youth programming being run by WVB, NGOs, INGO, government, and other civil society and youth-led organizations.
