66 DU students get dean's award

The students, who obtained the best result in honours examinations in 2014-15 session without sitting for any improvement exams have been awarded. Dhaka University Vice-Chancellor Professor AAMS Arefin Siddique handed over certificates and crests to the awardees. The award ceremony was held at Nabab Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Bhaban of the university on Thursday. Congratulating the awardees, Professor Arefin Siddique said: “Alongside academic excellences, students should achieve human qualities.” He also called upon awardees to work for the people of backward community in the society and work ethically in their professional lives.
